Terms of use
The rules for using this board, which is for PerfectDraft keg discount codes and nothing else. Short, and written to be read. If you disagree with any of it, please don't use the site.
Who runs this
This site is run by Brett Jenkins, a sole trader in the United Kingdom who also trades as TidyLabs and runs the seemy.beer tap sign, of 52-56 Standard Road, London, NW10 6EU. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to PerfectDraft or any brewery, brand or retailer referenced. Contact: [email protected].
These terms cover codes.seemy.beer only. This board is not commercial: nothing is sold, there are no adverts and no affiliate links. The other sites are run by the same person but are separate, have their own terms, and are not all like this one — one of them sells subscriptions:
- seemy.beer/terms and /privacy for the sign.
- tracker.seemy.beer/legal for the price tracker.
- tidylabs.co.uk/privacy for the controller behind all of them.
You must be 18 or over
This site is about alcohol, so it is for adults only. Using it means you are 18 or over. That is a condition of use and not just a box on the way in.
The codes are not ours and we cannot check them
Every code here was submitted by a member of the public. We do not issue them, we have no relationship with whoever does, and we have no way of testing whether any of them work. They may be expired, already used, or personal to the person they were sent to.
Discount codes usually come with terms, and those terms are the issuer's, not ours. Many are single use or non-transferable. It is your responsibility to check the issuer's terms before you use a code, and to decide whether using it is appropriate. We provide this free and as-is, and we are not liable for anything that follows from using a code you found here.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
What not to post
- Anything that isn't a keg code. Machine discounts, starter bundles and referral or invite links are all reusable and never really run out, so they'd sit here permanently and bury the single-use keg codes this board is for. Nothing wrong with those offers, they're just not what this place is.
- Codes that are not yours to share.
- Anything offensive, harassing, or unlawful.
- Spam, advertising, or anything posted in bulk.
- Anyone's personal information, including your own.
Please also don't script the site, scrape it, or try to get around the limits on how much any one person can do here. Those limits are what keep the board usable for everyone else.
What happens to what you post
When you share a code, the description you write is rewritten automatically into a consistent format, and it is the rewritten version that appears on the board, not your words. By submitting, you're giving us permission to display, edit and rewrite your description for that purpose.
Because the rewrite is automatic, the text on a card is generated by our system from what somebody typed. If a card says something wrong or objectionable, please report it and we will look.
Reporting something, and being removed
Every card has a report button. A report hides the code immediately, before anyone reviews it, because leaving something offensive up while we get to it is worse than briefly hiding something that turned out to be fine. You can also email [email protected] about anything at all, including illegal content, and we will deal with it.
We may remove anything and block access at any time, with or without notice. A block usually runs for a set number of days and lifts by itself; a serious one may not. Blocks follow an internet connection rather than a person, so if you think you have been blocked for something you did not do, email us and we will sort it.
If you represent PerfectDraft or AB InBev and would like anything removed, email [email protected] and it will be gone the same day.
Your data
Covered separately and honestly on the privacy page, which is worth two minutes.
The boring bit
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may change them, in which case the date below changes too.
